What I offer:

My Estate Agency referred packages include a 2-hour visit to the property to identify areas requiring small cosmetic changes, de cluttering, furniture rearrangement and colour suggestions, and a written report for the Vendor.

The report covers:

• A detailed written list of the steps that need to be taken in the property.
• Relevant paint colour references for any decorating required.
• Suggestions for re-organising space to facilitate better presentation.
• Trade contact information to help the Clients get the work done quickly.

Following implementation of the work, I always advise agents to take new internal shots for their marketing details to re-focus interest in the property.

Fees start from:

• £80 for 2 hours consultation, house up to 3 bedroom (no written report).
• £150 for 2 hours consultation & Action Plan Report (for 2-3 bedroom house).
• The exact fee is determined by the amount of clutter, the size of the house and the floor plan.
