Property Styling - Services and Fees

Verbal Consultation

I offer walk-through consultation, where you are given verbal advice about what should be done in each room to improve visual presentation of the property to get it ready for selling. Walking through the house I will identify any problem area and give advice on how you can create focal point, improve the feeling of space etc.

Consultation with written report.

I will visit your home and then prepare a written report - instructions for staging your home, room by room. After receiving your written rapport you can do all required work. If you wish, at the end, I can visit you to style the house to create the “WOW” factor, so important when selling the house.

Fees start from:

£80 for 2 hours consultation, house up to 3 bedroom (no written report).
£150 for 2 hours consultation & Action Plan Report (for 2-3 bedroom house).

The exact fee is determined by the amount of clutter, the size of the house and the floor plan.
